MARINE ROPE
PANMAX®
PANMAX® is a high-quality UHMWPE rope product used for most demanding mooring, towing, and lifting applications. PANMAX® ropes are your optimal choice for diversified mooring applications for its properties of high strength, excellent abrasion resistance, high strength-to-weight ratio, extremely low elongation, and superior flex fatigue resistance.
PANFLEX®
PANFLEX® is a high strength nylon rope, with the construction of 3/8/12 - strands. It is made of high tenacity polyamide multifilament yarn, with features of excellent flexibility and shock absorption ability, good wear, UV and chemical resistance, which ensures the safety of ships in terrible weather. It is ideal for applications where shock loading is likely to occur like mooring, climbing, lifting, etc.
PANLINE®
PANLINE® is a special brand for high strength Polypropylene / PP Ropes (multifilament and monofilament). PANLINE®is the lightest, most versatile, and economical synthetic rope, with approximately twice the tensile strength of manila rope of the same size. PP rope will not rot or mildew is resistant to most chemicals and acids, floats in water, and can be stored in wet conditions, should avoid direct sunlight.
PANMIX®
PANMIX® represents the high-tenacity mixed ropes, with the construction of 3/6/8/12 - strands. It has higher strength, flexibility, and wears resistance than conventional composite rope due to special mix-braiding of high tenacity PP and PES. Lightweight leads to easier and safer handling for operators, which has been verified by numerous mooring applications.
CHAINS
We have a variety of chains for all types of uses, different types of links, and sizes. Our chains have been used by the Panama Canal Authority for mooring buoys and galvanized chains for the fenders of the canal locks.
PANMAX® PLUS
PANMAX® PLUS is the high-end jacketed rope composed of a construction of an independent 12-strand PANMAX® core and high tenacity sheath of polyester. This double-braided rope has higher strength, greater abrasion and UV resistance, lower stretch and creep than PANMAX®, which makes it ideal for all kinds of mooring applications.
PANFLEX® PLUS
PANFLEX® PLUS is a double braided construction made from a 100% high tenacity polyamide core and an ultra wear-resistant polyester shell. This construction helps the rope with the following properties: high strength, excellent resistance to wear, and good shock absorption. These properties make it a great option when selecting the type of rope you are looking for.
PANLINE® PLUS
PANLINE® PLUS is constructed with high performance, lightweight multifilament polypropylene core, and a super wear-resistant polyester shell. It surpasses in quality ropes without an outer covering. It is very resistant to abrasion and UV rays.
The useful life of the PANLINE® PLUS rope is one of its greatest attributes compared to the others.
PANMIX® PLUS
PANMIX® PLUS is made with high tenacity mixed PP and polyester fiber to provide maximum performance in core and cover. The biggest advantage of PANMIX® PLUS is abrasion resistance, together with other features like high strength, static-free, long service life and easy handling makes it indispensable in ocean shipping
